Life Updates

It's been about 3 months since I graduated, and since then I've been working for Shoonya Digital on an upcoming app, the short film I worked on wrapped and is about to come out, and I got an Instagram account, haha. This weekend I'll be going back to school for a reunion. Can't wait!

Business Cards!

Woo! Business cards! I made 5 designs for our BFA 101 Gallery, based on some of my outfits. I'm a bit partial to the purple ruffle shirt, haha. They should be coming in the mail soon!

Wow, what a week.

First off, I was in LA for a few days on a student trip - we toured 7 studios, met alumni, got our work critiqued, ate good food…It was a lot of fun.
And then when I came back, I found out I won the Albert Dorne Award at this year’s Society of Illustrators student scholarship competition, for my short film “Who I Am”!! It was really unexpected and I am super happy.
And now I’m learning how to use a 3D printer! So cool.

I’m in a pretty good place right now. I’m working harder than I have ever worked, I feel incredibly lucky, and now there’s only one more month until I turn 23 and graduate!!! Hot dang.
